IT IS TIME TO UNITE

Our workshops consist of 5 or 6 hours where you will be coached by the Co-Founders of Phase SiX, Jay and Steph Rose, who will reinforce the fundamental principles of functional longevity training. They will provide you with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in Bodyweight, Kettlebells Ground Based Locomotion and Crawling Patterns, whilst also providing you with the foundations to improve your mobility and durability.

By the end of each workshop, you will also learn how to combine all of these movement patterns to create your very own flows and complexes, as well as be provided with progressions, regressions and valuable coaching ques to effectively incorporate them into programming and training.

BODYWEIGHT WORKSHOP

The Phase SiX: Movement Revolution Workshop

In this 5 hour workshop coached by the founders of Phase SiX, Steph and Jay Rose, you will be provided with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in bodyweight and crawling patterns as well as how to combine these movements into flow.

Over the course of the event, which will also have a huge emphasis on longevity training, you will achieve a greater understanding of the fundamental principles in order for you to create a solid foundation that will work to improve your mobility, flexibility and durability.

It is time to perform at your highest potential, train more efficiently and move with intent and purpose.

This workshop is suitable for all levels and is ideal for movement enthusiasts and Jiu Jitsu fanatics looking to take their game to a whole new level.

UNITE FOR THE REVOLUTION:

KETTLEBELL + BODYWEIGHT WORKSHOP

The Phase SiX: Unite for the Revolution Workshop

This 6-hour workshop uses both kettlebells and bodyweight training to reinforce the fundamental principles of unconventional training.

By the end of the workshop, you will have the knowledge to create your own flow and complexes, how to use the kettlebell with correct form, and improve your mobility.

You will leave with a much better understanding of how unconventional training can benefit your workouts & lifestyle.
