Phase SiX workshops consist of 6 practical hours, where you will be coached by the Co-Founders of Phase SiX, Jay and Steph Rose, who will reinforce the fundamental principles of functional longevity training.
These workshops aim to provide you with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in Bodyweight Training, Kettlebell fundamentals, Strength and Mobility, Ground-Based Locomotion, Crawling Patterns, whilst also providing you with the foundations to progress with your training in the most efficient and effective way!
By the end of each workshop, you will also have an idea of how to create chain movement patterns (“flow”), as well as be provided with important progressions, regressions and valuable coaching ques to effectively incorporate into programming or your own training.

This October UNITE with Phase SiX for their FIRST EVER WORKSHOP in Austin, Texas.
Phase SiX has joined forces with Vivobarefoot to present a first-of-its-kind barefoot education event that will be hosted at the world-renowned Social Performance Club Kollective in Austin, Texas.
The first 2 hours of this 6-hour workshop will consist of being taken through the fundamentals and benefits of barefoot training, which will be coached by Kollective’s Director of Sports Performance and Vivobarefoot Movement Coach, Tim Riley, accompanied by the Head of Health at Vivobarefoot, Nick Charlier.

Over the course of this 2-day event, you will be coached by the Phase SiX founders, Steph and Jay Rose, who will be taking you through the fundamentals, and benefits of, unconventional, time-efficient raining methods that focus on building strength and mobility simultaneously.
You will be provided with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in bodyweight movements such as strength and mobility drills, ground-based locomotion/crawling patterns, and chain movement patterns (“flow”), alongside mastering the fundamentals of kettlebells, using correct form and technique.
One great thing about our Phase SiX: Revolution Workshops is that they are not exclusive to athletes or trainers. Our workshop curriculum has been carefully constructed to suit everyone, whether you are a beginner or advanced, all levels of fitness are welcome to attend.
