BODYWEIGHT STRENGTH & LONGEVITY TRAINING
Phase SiX Online: MOBILITY, is our latest 5-day Bodyweight program with verbal, follow-along instructions from Jay and Steph Rose throughout each video. This program is a combination of our newest, and most-loved Mobility Drills, combined with Strength-Based movements, and Flow Breakdowns, using minimal equipment: a Pull-Up Bar and Suspension Rings are required for a total of four movements within the entire program, but are not mandatory to complete the program. This program is perfect for Martial Artists looking to support their practice or those who just want to up their mobility game and improve their overall fitness alongside other training methods.
