You will NOT be automatically re-charged. It is then up to you whether you want to re-purchase or select a new program. This program is available online only and videos cannot be downloaded. This is not a subscription, therefore new videos are not added throughout your access. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted after 2 days from the purchase date.

PHASE I includes 6 days of workouts, using multiple unconventional tools like Kettlebells, Battle Ropes, Med Balls, Suspension Rings, as well as a Trap Bar, combined with bodyweight and mobility drills. It is ideal for those looking to improve their Athletic Performance, overall Strength and Conditioning, as well as their Longevity. This program is best suited for a gym or a well equipped home gym with plenty of space.

Both programs come with short demo videos for each workout circuit and in-depth written descriptions for each movement.

PHASE II includes 5 days of workouts, using just Kettlebells and your own Bodyweight. This program uses time-efficiency training methods, allowing you to cut down your total session time, and improve strength and mobility simultaneously. It is the perfect combination of Strength, Mobility, kettlebell and bodyweight Flows, and Active Recovery, leaving you with plenty of time for other hobbies! This program is ideal for both indoor/outdoor workouts, due to the use of minimal equipment and little space needed.
