This October UNITE with Phase SiX for their FIRST EVER WORKSHOP in Austin, Texas.

Phase SiX has joined forces with Vivobarefoot to present a first-of-its-kind barefoot education event that will be hosted at the world-renowned Social Performance Club Kollective in Austin, Texas.

The first Workshop (2 hours) will consist of being taken through the fundamentals and benefits of barefoot training, which will be coached by Kollective’s Director of Sports Performance and Vivobarefoot Movement Coach, Tim Riley, accompanied by the Head of Health at Vivobarefoot, Nick Charlier.

You will then be taken through the Phase SiX workshop (4 hours), which will be coached by the Phase SiX founders, Steph and Jay Rose for the remainder of the event.

Over the course of this event, you will be provided with in-depth knowledge to become proficient in barefoot bodyweight movements, strength and mobility time efficient training methods, ground-based locomotion, and crawling patterns, as well as learn how to combine these movements into chains (“flows”).

This workshop will have a huge emphasis on longevity training, and you will achieve a greater understanding of the fundamental principles in order for you to create a solid foundation that will work to improve your strength, mobility, flexibility, and durability.

It is time to perform at your highest potential, train more efficiently and move with intent and purpose.

This workshop is suitable for all levels, but is ideal for movement enthusiasts and athletes of all kinds, who are looking to take their game to a whole new level!
